Delivery:  Images posted before 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time will by ready by 2:00 P.M. on the following business day. Items posted on Friday will be ready on Monday. Please note: We are not open for business on Saturday, Sunday, or major U.S. holidays (for example, New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Returns:  We accept returns of non-personalized items with a full money-back guarantee with proof of purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your prints, return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns not accepted after 30 days.

Refunds:  We cheerfully refund your advance payment for photographic services in full up to 30 days prior to your scheduled event.  We will refund your advance payment for photographic services at 50% up to two weeks prior to your scheduled event.  If you cancel your event in less than two weeks prior to your event, your advance payment will be forfeit.
